3. You have an inconsiderate boss:
No matter how many hours you put in at work or how hard you work for that presentation, you won’t get the appreciation you deserve from your boss. They just don’t care because they just consider you a corporate slave. Do yourself a favor, look for a better employer.
4. Maybe you are taking a wrong step somewhere:
It doesn’t hurt to self-analyze, does it? Maybe you’re approaching work the wrong way; maybe you’re too much into your own devices. If you don’t get up your game and make yourself noticeable, you’ll stay in that zone of oblivion.
5. Some workers are jealous of you:
There will always be these characters in any workplace who just want to outdo you, interrupt you at all times, and be constantly jealous of you. They will not inform you about important work updates or meetings or just be condescending. Try being sarcastic and pointing them out, or just approach HR.
